My sincere thanks to the Committee of DSBTC for the invitation to judge bitches at their Champ show. A Big Massive Thank You to all the exhibitors who gave the club a super entry of 92 bitches. I sincerely thank each and every one of you for the opportunity to go over your Staffords and also to those of you who travelled from overseas as well , it was super to see you there. A big thank you to my ring steward on the day Mr Simon Green for doing a first class job and it was very much appreciated mate. It was lovely to see such good entries of top quality bitches throughout all of the classes. It gives a very good sign of things to come in the future of our beloved breed. I was very happy to see there were no teeth problems but on a negative note some of the bitches could do with more muscle tone in my opinion and this can be the difference between winning and losing on the day. I was extremely pleased with my final line up of top class bitches.

Veteran Bitch 7 Entries (2Ab)

1st: Johnston, CH.ELLCHANSHA ONCE UPON A TIME JW, B/Br. This Top Class bitch still holding her own at 7½ years old.What a fantastic breed type very pleasing expression well placed eyes neat rose ears, clean well shaped head, super front and feet with good lift and very well put together, overall a top class bitch and she moved with drive and purpose to take this class, She was turned out in super condition and was handled to perfection, Best Veteran Bitch and Best Veteran In Show.

2nd: Vd Meer Metzlar, CH/NLD/SWE CH.FRISIAN STAFF’S IT'S A GIFT, B/Br. 81/2 years old, nice head and a lovely expression, she has a good clean foreface, correct length of muzzle with a correct bite,well pronounced cheek muscles neat ears, correct front with good bone & tight feet, good spring of rib, good backend and turned out in good condition, moved and handled well.

Minor Puppy Bitch 10 Entries (2Ab)

1st Boulton & Hayton, DISK LIGHT WHO’S THAT GIRL, R/W. 8 months old. What a lovely puppy with the most beautiful head and expression that I loved about her, she has a lovely clean foreface, well placed dark round eyes, lovely neat rose ears. perfect dentation, good correct front with tidy feet, enough spring of rib for her age moved well fore and aft handled very well, I would like to wish her the best of luck for the future, my Best Puppy Bitch and Res.Best Puppy in Show.

2nd: Yates & Ibsen, KEEPASTAFF HALEY’S COMET AT ZAKDAN, B/BR. eight month old, Strong well shaped head with a lovely expression, dark eyes, neat ears, good front and feet, very nice over all and she is a very well balanced pup, she showed and moved very well, two very nice pups and it was a close decision between them. I just preferred the lift of one.

3rd: Mills, MILARKEBULL ELEVEN.

Puppy Bitch 2 Entries,

1st Southworth, VALGLO TIGERLILLY WITH STAFFMASTER, B/BR. 91/2 month old Strong nicely balanced pup, strong well shaped head, clean foreface, correct bite, good eye placement, good front correct turn out at pasterns neat feet good depth of brisket, very good spring of rib for her age, good top line when standing and moving, she moved well to win this class. Her lady handler got the best out of her.

2nd PETTS, ARKENSTAFF SHE'S THE ONE, B/Br. Not as strong as my winner but does not detract from her quality, she has a lovely head shape, clean muzzle housing a correct bite, dark eye, neat rose ears well up on the leg straight front , good feet, good angulations over all a very neat package, move & handled well for age.

Junior Bitch 9 Entries,

1st Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle & Kirk, METABULL BLACK PEARL, B/Br with W. Now this Girl is Top Class, she has a beautiful head & expression, dark piercing eye, small neat rose ears, she has a lovely clean foreface housing a correct bite, super front and feet with good width to it, she has good depth of brisket, well cut in the loin with a good tuck up, level top line standing and on the move with an excellent backend and she was turned out in Super condition, moved and handled to perfection a real credit to her owners.This girl was considered for Top Honors. I would like to wish you all the Best of Luck with her guys.

2nd Ghinn, TILLCARR FIRE FEVER, B/Br. Beautiful head & expression, deep skull with good width to it, strong muzzle with a good under jaw, correct bite, lovely clean front with good tight feet, nicely ribbed for size, good backend with a good tail set, moved and handled very well.

3rd: Smith & Christie- Smith, TILLCARR FIRE PHOENIX AT TROYSTAFF.

Yearling Bitch 12 Entries,

1st Jones, KAMARISTAFF ROYAL LEGACY JW, B/Br. A top Class bitch with a beautiful head & expression, neat rose ears, dark well placed eye, good length of muzzle with a correct scissor bite and good under jaw. She has a super well boned front assembly with tight feet,she has a good fore chest with a deep brisket, well ribbed for her size and she was well cut in her loin, strong backend & she was turned out in fit condition, moved & handled very well.

2nd Roberts & Gilbert, BRIGANAH THE SHOW MUST GO ON, B/Br. Another very good bitch, she is a slightly stronger bitch who also has a beautiful head and expression, Super front & feet, excellent spring of rib and strong hard backend standing four square, she was turned out in really hard condition and moved very well, a credit to her handler it was another close decision between these two lovely bitches I just preferred the body definition of first place.

3rd: Houwaart, JECANIBO’S ROYALLY SPOOKED NJK NJW24 NJK 25.

Novice Bitch 8 Entries (1Ab)

1st Johnston & McCullough, TILLCARR FIRE DANCER, B/Br. Another Beautiful bitch from this Top Kennel, she has a Stunning head & expression, deep through skull , dark well placed eye with small neat ears and she has a strong muzzle with correct bite and a strong under jaw, excellent front with tight feet, she is short coupled with a good backend with a good tail carriage, standing four square from every angle, she was turned out in excellent condition and she was shown to perfection. A very nice bitch indeed.

2nd Maude, STORMNOIR’S MYSTERIOUS,B/Br. Another Beautiful bitch with a Super head & expression, excellent stop with dark well placed eye with good width between them, small neat well set rose ears, strong clean foreface with a excellent scissor bite, she has super front and feet, she has a good spring of rib for her size, she was nicely tucked up at her loin with a well angulated backend and she was turned out in very hard condition, she was expertly handled and moved really well, a real credit to her owner.

3rd Smets, HASPENGOLD XO REBELLIOUS.

Graduate Bitch 5 Entries,

1st: Wilson, NORTHSTAFF THE IRON LADY, B/Br. She wouldn't be the biggest of bitches but an absolute stunner she is, She has a stunning clean head and expression, lovely ear carriage, dark eyes that are well placed, strong clean muzzle, she has a Super front and feet , she is nicely ribbed for her size and she has strong well angulated hard backend with a good tail set, standing four square with a lovely side profile, showed her socks off and she moved around the ring with drive. A real nice bitch and was turned out in super condition.

2nd Funnel, POWER PACK FLEUR DELACOUR, B/BR. Nice clean head, neat ears, dark eye with good length of muzzle, giving a keen expression, good front & feet, she is well put together with good back end and she was turned out in very good condition, she showed and moved very well for her lady owner.

3rd O’Malley, THEBILECIOUS TE AMO ATLOMSYAFF’S.

Post Graduate Bitch 11 Entries (1Ab)

1st: Johnston, ELLCHANSHA CAST A SPELL, B/Br. A top size bitch of lovely quality, she is well up on the leg with a lovely clean well shaped head, Neat ears, dark eye which gives her a lovely expression, super front assembly with good width of front standing on tight well padded feet, she she a deep brisket and a well sprung rib, strong backend and lovely tail set, she was shown in lovely condition and moved very well for her lady handler.

2nd: Window & Greaves, JAYNEZE RAMONA D/Br. Another very nice bitch with the same attributes as first place, she has a lovely clean well shaped head and is very well put together. This girl is top quality and she is really sound in her overall construction. She was turned out in lovely fit condition. She moved really well around the ring and she was shown to perfection. A real credit to her breeder handler.

3rd: Harkin & Jones, KAMARISTAFF ROYAL DUCHESS.

1st: Johnston, ELLCHANSHA PUT A SPELL ON YOU, B/Br. A top quality bitch from this super litter of staffords with an excellent head & expression, Her head is so clean and well shaped, she has lovely neat rose ears, dark eye, correct length of muzzle with a correct scissor bite, strong well boned legs on tight feet with a good broad fore chest, massive spring of rib with an excellent top line standing and moving, she has a strong backend and is well let down at the hocks.she was shown in lovely hard condition & she moved with purpose.

2nd: Johnston, TILLCARR DESIRE FOR FIRE, B/Br. She has a beautiful head piece with a beautiful expression that is right up my street, excellent rose ears, dark well placed eye, good strong neck leading to her lovely straight front with excellent feet, she has good rib for size & she has a strong hard backend was turned out in good condition. She moved well for her handler.

3rd: Winrow & Greaves, JAYNEZE MISS ATTITUDE.

Open Bitch 17 Entries (Ab1)

What an absolute fabulous Class of TOP CLASS BITCHES this was with excellent bitches going home cardless on the day. I am sure that these bitches will change places on different days.

1st: Candela, CH.ALPORT CERTIDWEN, D/Br. My STAR of the day she is absolutely TOP CLASS with a wicked expression. She is school to perfection and she never takes her eye off you. She has a beautiful head and expression with a wicked look in her eye that calls you to look back at her. She has a lovely ear set with the darkest of eyes , she has a clean foreface with a strong muzzle housing large white teeth & a strong under jaw, strong muscular neck that leads into her super front and feet. Well sprung rib cage with a deep brisket, she is well tucked up to her loin & she has a well defined waist, strong muscular well angulated backend with good width to her rear quarters and a lovely tail set, standing four square on her tip toes and she is ready to rock with anything that would come in range. She is an absolute Top Class Bitch IMO and it gives me great pleasure to award her, her crowning C.C to make her up a UK.CHAMPION.

2nd: Liggins, Liggins & Curd, CH. ELLCHANSHA UNDER A SPELL AT KNOCKON JW, B/Br. Another TOP CLASS BITCH from this TOP CLASS KENNEL. She has the most beautiful head & expression with beautiful small well set rose ears, darkest of eyes with good width between them, strong clean muzzle with a perfect scissor bite, she has a super front and well padded tight feet, excellent body shape from any angle, she is short in the back and has a well defined loin and she was in exceptional Hard Condition, she stands four square with a Super top line which she holds standing and on the move. She moved with drive up and around the matt's & was shown to perfection, she is an absolute credit to her breeder and her owners. I wish I could have awarded 2 CC’s on the day but there was only one but it gave me great pleasure to award her the Res.CC on the day. It was a very close decision between these two TOP CLASS bitches.

3rd: Lloyd- Williams, CH.CWMHAF CARIAD.

1st: Rowe & South, ILLORI CONSTELLATION JW, B/Br. She has a lovely well shaped head with a lovely expression, she has neat ears dark eye, correct bite with a good under jaw, broad straight front with tight feet, good rib and she is well tucked in at the loin, strong muscular hind quarters and turned out in super condition, moved & handled well a credit to her lady owner.

2nd: Bennett, POWER PACK SINGULARITY. B/Br. Another well constructed bitch with a nice clean head shape, neat ears, dark eye, lovely clean front with good feet, nice body shape with a good strong backend, moved and handled very well,

3rd: O'clock Malley, THEBILECIOUS TE AMO ATLOMSTAFF.
