Judge Dogs
I would just like to say what a fantastic event to carry out the judging of dogs for this club, right from the appointment given and completing the judging it all ran so smoothly with the organisation the the committee involved , my stewards did a fantastic job for me which really assists with these tasks of judging. The venue was amazing and correctly laid out for us all, the food and drinks where fantastic and offered constantly, everything seemed to run so well, so a massive applause to all involved.
RESULTS
Class 1 Minor Puppy Dog - 1/0 Abs
1st. - Mr J Pigott & Mr K Murphy - Noucamp A Bronx Tale ATC Black Brindle in gleaming condition, coming through really well for the age of 6 mths , He as a excellent head shape with the neatest of ears, correct bite, depth of underjaw and even now well pronounced cheek muscles , also he provides the excellent expression when request, well boned throughout , neat feet with excellent pigmentation, very good topline and well angulated hindquarters, all this provided him to show me that he cam move quite parallel at times, good future ahead.
Class 2 Puppy Dog - 6/0 Abs
1- Mr K & Mr MrC & Mr C Davis- Sharmara Fidelius Charm
Brindle and White dog with such even markings throughout, this all ties in and highlights the excellent balance this lad carries.
Excellent headshape with the correct bite and depth and strength of under jaw, neatest of ear carriage , well pronounced cheek muscles all tying in with his excellent expression, Correctly well boned forequarters with depth of brisket blending in well at this age, excellent topline also carried well on the move, viewed from behind he also shows you the spring of rib and well pronounced hindquarters that we all look for when viewing from the rear, Well angulated leading to neat tail carriage , this all put together screams out the word “ Balance”, then we moved, well that was it so freely and correctly which won him this class, then in the challenge he gained the well deserved RCC . A very bright future for this boy is on the cards. RCC and Best Puppy in Show
2nd - Mr P & Mrs A Simpson - Simpstaff The Pretender
Red dog who really grows on you when the class moves on , Excellent clean headshape , correct bite , neat ears and a wicked expression when I threw the squeaky toy, well boned forequarters , level topline , correctly well angulated hindquarters and moved really well at times , he is quite immature but everything is there to gain him this placing and definitely more to come.
3rd - Mr E A Preston - Kahamaia Jonah
Class 3 Junior Dog - 10/1Abs
1st - Kerry, Houwaart &Daly, Mr C & Mrs S & Miss K - Jacobeaus the Legacy
Black Brindle who stands so foursquare naturally at all times, Excellent Headshape with a totally wicked expression, Neatest of ear carriage, Correct bite, well pronounced cheek muscles and strength of underjaw, then viewed from the fore he highlights the well boned forequarters with the neatest of feet and pigmentation, well sprung rib and very good topline stood and mobile, correct we angulated hindquarters , this is the main reason for the correct movement he then provides, another lad with a very bright future.
2nd - Miss C L Seymour - Dekayro’s Eye of the Tiger
Another placing for this lady handler , Dark Brindle again carrying the correct head shape highlight his ear carriage , cheek muscles , depth of underjaw and correct bite , again another with the well boned fore and correctly angulated rear quarters, also with correct topline and another who moves really well for one so young, another bright future forecasted.
3rd.- Mr J Pigott & Mr K Murphy - Noucamp the Egyptian King ATC
Class 4 - Yearling Dog - 4/1 Abs
1st - Mr I & Mr JR Martinez - Bullbrothers the Navigator JW
Dark Brindle with white who is well boned throughout, stand so naturally to highlight all his virtues, Excellent headshape, correct bite, well pronounced cheeks and a naughty expression which he produces on a regular basis, he possesses the well boned correct forequarters and the well angulated rear, he’s another who produced the required movement at times.
2nd - Mr C Brown - Arkenstaff Dark Spirit
Black Brindle who tried everything to lose this placing !!!, but you can’t ignore quality, excellent head and a wicked expression, he possesses so many virtues to make you take a further viewing, Bone ratio throughout and a very good topline , he also stands loose so correctly which tells you why he provides excellent movement, keep practicing and he will gain many more awards.
3rd - Rawlings- Brown Mr D & Mrs K - Lennox the Great
Class 5 Novice Dog. -3/0Abs
1st - Gillespie- Wren & Boulton Ms AE & Miss A - Duskalight White Heat
Mainly White with red ears, Another dog with a cracking headshape, correct bite, very well pronounced cheek muscles, depth of underjaw all ties in and provides strength throughout, when alerted he then provides the expression we look for, Well Boned fore quarters and neat feet, Well sprung rib and strength in the hindquarters, everything blends in to give balance throughout.then he showed me he can move quite well at times which gained him this placing today.
2nd - Mr. P Creaney - Alport Starman
Another dog who carries all the attributes when judging, Black Brindle with balance throughout, again another with the required headshape with neat ears, correct bite, dark eyes ,strength in underjaw, this all leads you to correct bone in the fore and excellent pigment, well sprung rib and correct angulation in the rear, he also moved quite well at times.
3rd - Mrs D E Cortney - Dexilystaffs Northern Star
Class 6 Graduate Dog -8/1Abs
1st - Boulton & Hayton Miss A & Mr C - Duskalight See Me Now
Pied Dog who stand so foursquare naturally, again another with the correct headshape which carries the correct bite, strength throughout and well pronounced cheek muscles, this all leads to the well boned fore quarters and depth of brisket, he carries his topline well and posseses the spring of rib required , this then leads onto his hindquarters to give the picture of balance which obviously then assists with the movement he provided.
2nd - Martinez Mr I & Mr JR - Bullbrothers Timelord JW
Fawn with strip of white and black mask, Excellent headshape , correct bite , well pronounced cheeks along with strength throughout and expression ., well boned fore and neat feet with short nails, depth of brisket , good topline and spring of rib , correct angulation of the rear quarters , he stands naturally foursquare constantly, moved freely and precise, close call between these 2.
3rd - Miss N Walbey - Tyneview Rizzius Lusso
Class 7 Post Graduate Dog - 6/0Abs
1st - Mrs K & Mr M - Tillcarr Fire Soldier JW
Black Brindle who gives the explode expression and that’s when you’re doing the pre inspection, But he has it all what we are looking for, Black Brindle with an excellent expression, correct bite,well pronounced cheeks, distinct stop and the strength with underjaw required, the way he stands so foursquare really draws you in with the standard requirements regarding well boned forequarters,pigmentation,depth of brisket , correct spring of rib when viewed from the rear leading to well angulated and muscled hindquarters, when asked to move I was thinking of moving some of the pedestrian seating, but no he provided what I was looking for which gained him the win in this class.
2nd - L Hall - Geordiestaff local Hero JW
Dark Brindle and white which at first I thought he had socks on due to the white feet being so evenly marked ! Another dog from this kennel which I took a shine to , Top sized lad who benefits with balance throughout, excellent headshape with a wicked expression, correct bite along with the underjaw and cheek muscle specifications, well boned fore and rear quaters and topline to match which tied in with the well sprung rib, viewed from all angles he ticked the required boxes, moved ok at good pace.
3rd - Irvine Mrs G & Mr R - Ashstaff Marshal of fire
Class 8 Limit Dog - 14/1Abs
1st. - Mr A & Mrs G Duncan - Rhebelstaff Hunky Dory
Another cracking Stafford from this kennel , Black Brindle that gives the impression he’s been fully charged, he possesses a excellent head shape with cleanliness and strength throughout combined with the correct bite strength and depth of underjaw, well pronounced cheeks and neat alert ear carriage, very evenly well boned and excellent pigment, he carries the correct spring of rib and topline leading to the really well muscled and angulated hindquarters, this all gives the balance we look for , then asked to move he provided me with what the standard requests, especially drive.
2nd - Moult Mr L & Mrs E Kamaristaff’s Royal Legend at Moulstaff’s -
Another cracking black brindle and again another full of alertness, He also provided the excellent headshape with having cleanliness and strength throughout, correct bite , neat ear carriage , depth of underjaw, expression constantly provided, Well boned forequarters and well angulated hind with a well sprung rib to assist with the rear viewing, he does give the owner a hard time , we moved again and he provided what we are looking for to gain this placing, closed decision in this class.
3rd. - Marsden Mr P & Mrs J - Jayneze Doctor Jimmy at Modlife
Class 9 Open Dog - 7/1Abs
1st - Miss S Sheldon - Ch Kamaristaff’s Royal Ransom at Bowtman JW
Well what can I say about this well know lad in our show world, he really seems to get even better with maturity , the number of CCs this dog has is well deserved and more to come for sure
So let’s begin
He enters the ring with a gleaming coat and I know what to do look constantly, then he offers the judge what we are looking for, his head shape is so full of virtues including the correct bite , depth and strength of underjaw, his expression can be viewed from quite a distance and he uses it so well , the well pronounced cheeks blend in so well for the face viewing with that tint of alertness, Very well boned forequarters with neat feet which are well padded and carrying the pigment requirements, the depth of brisket and well sprung ribcage all blending really well to the correct topline gives us judges the pictures we are looking for, then the really well angulated and muscled hindquarters tie in really well along with the neat tail carriage , then when rear front and side views are carried the term foursquare kicks in which he really provides, then he’s asked to move which I must admit after being judged by a co judge and then me judging him for BOB previously for the challenge against my BCC that day I thought this is where you lose a few points, Ohhh no he provided what I was looking for which today gained him The CC & BOB today at this breed show and many more to follow.
2nd - Mrs KM Jones - Kamaristaff’s Royal Rumour JW
Well what can I say after the placings I was told he was litter brother to the winner.
Again another quality exhibit who carries all the standard requirements , Very clean in head location with correct bite, well pronounced cheeks, depth of underjaw also adds to this examination and neat and well used ear carriage which is all assisted with the expression he provides constantly. Again bone ratio all ties in really well along with his spring of rib and topline, this all leads to correctly well muscled rear angulation and overall stance which again gives the foursquare picture, also his coat is in excellent condition which gives him a further glow, then he also moved and providing me with what I was looking for to gain this place in this class, will be following his brother surely with the Ch title very soon. Well what can I say another veteran who captured me as soon as he entered the ring , at the age of 7 years he still shows the fitness and alertness like he carried out through his brilliant show career, Black Brindle who carries his stance so naturally highlighting cleanliness and strength with the head to begin with, Strength throughout with bite,underjaw, cheek muscles ,ear carriage which all ties in with that wicked expression, correct fore and rear quarters, very good topline and well sprung rib, then moves like a 2 yr old up and down that route, Really happy lad with this show game and deserves further awards in the future.
